1) Heard Ms. Manisha Devkar, the learned Counsel for the
Applicant and Ms. Rashmi S. Tendulkar, the learned A.P.P. for
Respondent No.1-State.
2) At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to
add the Complainant as party Respondent No.2. Leave is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

ABA 1210-2026.doc Application for pre-arrest bail is filed in connection with the offences registered under C.R.No.487 of 2023, registered with Chakan Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 406 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. She states that it is her husband, who was responsible for the entire offences and that, he was the one, who was controlling the bank accounts of the Applicant. She states that even her signatures were forged by her husband. She states that some matrimonial proceedings are going on between her and her husband. She relies on the copy of the Order dated 19 th August 2023, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2022 of 2023, in respect of the co-accused - Komal Somnath Thombare, to whom exactly same role was attributed, namely, deposit of the money in her account.
4) The learned A.P.P. submits that she would like to take instructions regarding the same. A copy of the Order dated 19 th August 2023, is tendered across the Bar as well as to the learned A.P.P.
5) In this premise, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15th June 2026.

6) Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the Applicant-Sadhana Vishal Raut shall be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 487 of 2023, registered with Chakan Police Station, Dist. Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
7) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station for a period from 25 th May 2026 to 27th May, 2026, between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.
8) Stand over to 15th June, 2026.
