1. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.7 - Corporation of City of Panaji states that he will file and serve the Report by today evening.
The learned Counsel for Respondent No.7 further states that seven houses have been identified and their outlets have been sealed. If any such application is made then Respondent No.12 will process expeditiously.
2. On inspection, it is also found that one sewage line was damaged and the Respondent No.12 is taking steps to rectify the defect.
3. Respondent No.7 is permitted to file the Report in the Registry.
4. Respondent No.7 to communicate the present Order to all the house owners whose outlet has been sealed.
5. List this matter on 09.06.2026 for further directions.
