2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Respondent Nos.1 to 3 would be publishing a final list for the post of Laboratory Technician at any time soon. No details have been disclosed in this regard.
3. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that no such list is being published as on date. She would also submit that there are no vacancies available for the post of Laboratory Technician. The Petitioner has applied to the post of Lab Technician, pursuant to the advertisement dated 18/06/2025 issued by Respondent No.2. Be that, as it Chitra Sonawane.
