1. At the outset, Mr. Prashant Hagare, learned Counsel for the
Applicants states that he seeks leave to add the original Complainant as
party Respondent. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out
forthwith.
2. Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the F.I.R. in

question was lodged with a significant and unexplained delay of
approximately 10 hours. He states that the allegations of causing
grievous hurt are not attributed to the Applicants but to other male
members. He states that all the Applicants are female members who
infact had gone to pacify the quarrel which took place. He states that
the custodial investigation of the Applicants is not required.
3. Learned A.P.P. on the other hand states that she requires some
time to file affidavit in this matter.
4. In the meantime, till the next date, the Applicants are granted
interim protection on the following terms and conditions:
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicants- Ms. Sonal Bharat Chavan, Ms. Swati Pradip Bhosale, Ms. Sunita Bharat Chavan, Ms. Shantabai Maruti Chavan and Ms. Mangal Suresh Palkhe be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.0084 of 2026 registered with the Walchandnagar Police Station, Pune Rural Manisha 2/3 ::: Uploaded on - 14/05/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 14/05/2026 20:48:31 ::: 20-ABA-1296-2026.doc under Sections 118(1), 189(2), 191(2), 190, 324(4), 191(3), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 92(a) and 92(b) of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2010 on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(ii) The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called upon.
5. Stand over to 17th June, 2026.
