                  1.             Heard learned Counsel Mr. Priyal Sarda for the applicants,

                  learned Counsel Mr. Kursija appearing for the intervenor and the

                  learned APP, Mr. Haldankar for the State.

            plain reading of the FIR as it is, no allegations of outraging of modesty

            is spelt out against the applicants. He states that the applicants are at

            the highest charged with uttering loud abuses and nothing more than

            that. He invites my attention to the order dated 18 th April, 2026

            passed in respect of the co-accused. He also invited my attention to

            the panchanama of the CCTV footage. He invites my attention to the

            clause Nos.(ii), (iii), (iv) and (vi) of the said panchanama. On perusal

            of the said panchanama, it is clear that nowhere allegation of

            outraging of modesty is spelt out against the present applicants. It also

            appears that there are cross complaints in between the parties.



            3.             Learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor states that

            he will file a detailed affidavit opposing the present application.

            Learned APP also seeks some time to file detailed affidavit.



            4.             In the meantime, till the next date, the applicants are

            granted interim protection on the following terms and conditions :

                                               ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest, the applicants - Aniket Kishore Punjabi and Roshan Kishore Punjabi, they shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No. 75 of 2026 registered with Pimpri Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 79, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 115(2), 3(5), 324 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station for a period from 20th May, 2026 to 26th May, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

5. Stand over to 18th June, 2026.
