2. The urgency with which this Petition is moved, is to direct Respondents No.1 and 2, to trace, secure and procure Respondent No.4 (the Detenue) before this Court. The learned APP, on instructions would submit that Respondent No.4 has filed a complaint before Panvel Taluka Police Station on 08.01.2026 followed by another on on 27.04.2026, wherein, she has clearly stated that she does not wish to live with the Petitioner i.e. the husband of the said Respondent. In view of such factual development, place the proceedings before regular Court in due course.
