                    P.C.:

1. The matter was heard initially for some time. At the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, it was kept back to take instructions. He has taken the instructions. He now informs that the concerned Appellate Authority i.e. the Chief Revenue Controlling Authority, Pune, is now available. The Petitioners are, therefore, at liberty to approach the said Authority which would decide the Application of the Petitioners on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with the law. We have not opined on Chitra Sonawane. 2. In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions, seeks to withdraw the Petition. Leave granted. The Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
