2) The matter appeared lastly on 30th April 2026, on which date the matter was adjourned to 8th May 2026 and the interim relief was continued till then. However, the matter was not listed on 8 th May 2026. 3) Heard Mr. Ashwin Kapadnis, the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Ms. Supriya Kak, the learned A.P.P. for Respondent No.1-State. She submits that while passing the Order on 9 th March 2026, the observations made in para-8 of the Order dated 24 th February 2026, passed by the learned Special Court, were not brought to the attention of this Court, therefore, she opposes the extension of the interim relief.

4) As the matter did not appear on 8th March 2026, the interim relief granted on 9th March 2026, to continue till the next date.

5)        Stand over to 10th June, 2026.
