2. The petitioner, who is respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 59/2025-26 before the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur has approached this Court by pointing out the Order Sheet of the proceeding, more particularly, page 77. According to him, the appeal preferred by the respondent no. 3 was filed and registered on 30.10.2025, on which date, the matter was fixed on 19.12.2025. On 19.12.2025, neither the time was granted to the petitioner to file reply nor the matter was kept for hearing, but, on that day itself, the matter was fixed for order. The day for pronouncement of judgment was also not fixed. Finally, on 16.3.2026, the appeal preferred by respondent no. 3 came to be allowed.
3. According to learned counsel Mr. Abhay Sambre, the same is in violation of principles of natural justice. Prima facie, Order Sheet shows that on 19.12.2025, the arguments of the respective parties were not heard.

4. In that view of the matter, till further orders, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii).
5. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 9.6.2026.
6. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent no.1/State.
