4. The Appellant - Insurance Company is withdrawing the Appeal as per the Compromise Terms. Out of the deposited amount, ₹ 1,00,000/- shall be paid to the Appellant - Insurance Company and the remaining Shrikant Malani Page 1 of 2 FA.2138.2020.odt amount be paid to the original claimants - Respondents along with accrued interest, if any.
5. The Settlement Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.
6. Award be prepared accordingly.
7. C. F. refund certificate be issued as per the Rules.
8. Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
9. The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them, shall be refunded.
