1. The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat.

2. Not on board. Taken on board.

3. The Appellant - Insurance Company tendered a withdrawal pursis before the Lok Adalat. The Appellant - Insurance Company deposited 50% of the amount under the Award in this Court. The Appellant - Insurance Company undertakes to deposit the remaining 50% amount under the Award within eight (08) weeks from today, along with interest, if any. 4. The withdrawal pursis is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

5. The Respondents - Claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount that has been deposited and that would be deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company along with accrued interest, if any.

6. C. F. refund certificate be issued as per the Rules.

7. Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

8. The Registry shall intimate the withdrawal of this Appeal to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Omerga, Dist. Osmanabad.

9. The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them, shall be refunded.
