Respondent 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 29/01/2024 ::: Downloaded on - 12/02/2024 13:35:25 ::: 3-GRN(L) 34276.2022 in IA(L) 5297.2022.doc No.11-S.M.Kapoor & Co., has complied with the order dated 18 th December, 2023 passed by this Court which had directed the Garnishee to deposit the amount of Rs.47,840/- within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order.
2. Mr. Naidu has referred to the receipt issued by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court which shows that the Garnishee has deposited with this Court on 9 th January, 2024 a sum of Rs.47,840/- pursuant to the said order dated 18 th December, 2023.
The said receipt is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
3. In view thereof, the Garnishee Notice (L) No.34276 of 2022 is discharged.
4. The Judgment Creditor is at liberty to withdraw the said amount of Rs.47,840/- which has been deposited with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court.
