1] Interim Application No.13064/2023 seek condonation of delay of
130 days in filing of the Review Application.
Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Aplication.
2] Being aggrieved by the Judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No.113/2020, a Special Leave 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 07/02/2024 ::: Downloaded on - 07/02/2024 22:53:02 ::: (67RPSST-23381-2022.doc Petition was preferred before the Apex Court and on 29.07.2022, the SLP was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file review of the said order.
The Application proceed to state that preparation of the Review Application consumed some time, which is bonafide.
3] Since I am convinced that delay of 130 days shall not prove fatal to the cause which is sought to be agitated in the present Review Application, Interim Application is made absolute, in terms of prayer clause (A).
