2. By order dated 30/10/2023, this Court had stayed execution of the impugned judgment subject to the Appellants depositing an amount of Rs.3,30,000/- before this Court within one week.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellants seeks extension of time to deposit the amount. He states that Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited before this Court today and that the balance amount will be deposited within two weeks.

4. By way of final opportunity, time to deposit the balance amount is extended by two weeks.
