1. Mr. Takale, applicant, who was Respondent No.3 in Trust Appeal, has not been impleaded as party Tikam 2/2 2- FA 1481 of 2014 respondent in instant First Appeal arising from the judgment and order dated 28th November, 2013, passed in Trust Appeal.
2. In consideration of these facts, the Appellants are directed to implead the Applicant as Respondent No.2. Consequential amendments to be carried out within three weeks. The Appellants shall serve a copy of the Appeal Memo along with Annexures thereto on the added Respondent within two weeks thereafter.
3. Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
