1. This is an application seeking stay on the execution of the judgment and award dated 20th February 2020 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in MACP No.2187 of 2014.
2. Ms.Trivedi, learned counsel for the Appellant would submit that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in this court and the stay granted earlier be continued till the disposal of the appeal.

3. Ms.Kavita Anchal, learned counsel for the Respondents confirms that the entire decretal amount has been deposited in the court.
4. Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the application as well as the record, let the stay granted earlier continue till the final disposal of the appeal.
5. Application accordingly stands disposed. FIRST APPEAL NO.401 OF 2021
6. Learned counsel for the parties submit that First Appeal has already been admitted on 5th October, 2021 and the matter may be finally heard.
7. Accordingly, let the Registry call for the Record and Proceedings within a period of four weeks. Let private paper-book be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter.
8. List for final disposal on 29th September, 2023.
