. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the
petitioner that in terms of paragraph 92 of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of The State of Maharashtra vs. Keshao Vishwanath Sonone 2021 (4) ALL MR 784 (SC), the Scrutiny Committee ought to have considered the petitioner's affinity with 'Gond' tribe. However, the Committee has examined the aspect of affinity with 'Gond Gowari'.
2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 07.08.2023.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent No.1.
4. The record of the Scrutiny Committee be obtained for perusal.
