3. The petition is heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Kavita.

4. The only prayer made is for expeditious consideration of the petitioner's claim of belonging to ' Mana' Scheduled Tribe. On written instructions, it is submitted that the petitioner has been called to remain present before the Scrutiny Committee on 02.08.2023 and within a period of three days the proceedings would be decided.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the validity certificate has been issued to the petitioner's paternal uncle on 09.10.2006. The Scrutiny Committee is expected to give due consideration to the said validity certificate while considering the petitioner's claim. The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the said proceedings by 05.08.2023 in accordance with law and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

6. Rule is disposed of.
