Considering the limited relief sought Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondents.
2. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The petitioner claims to be the owner of agricultural land bearing Khasra No.156/01 New PH.5A admeasuring 1.75HR situated at Mauza Duruddhamna, Nagpur. In civil proceedings bearing RCS No.399 of 2009, the Civil Court set aside the order passed by the Urban Land Ceiling Authority cancelling the sale deeds standing in favour of the petitioner. Pursuant to that, the petitioner sought mutation of his name in the revenue records. On 15.03.2021 the Tahsildar-respondent No.2 issued a communication to the Circle Officer-respondent No.3 as well as the Gram Adhikari Mouja Duruddhamna-respondent No.4 to take further steps in the matter pursuant to the adjudication by the Civil Court. According to the petitioner, nothing further has thereafter happened in the matter. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Considering the fact that on 15.03.2021, the Tahsildar has sought for necessary consequential steps to be taken pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 15.03.2021, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to act in accordance with the communication dated 15.03.2021 within a period of four weeks' of receiving the copy of this judgment. The steps be taken to be communicated to the petitioner.
5. Rule is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
