1. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/Decree Holder has sought further extension of time for issuance of Notice on the Judgment Debtor for which extension of time had been granted of six weeks by the order dated 14th February, 2023.
2. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/Decree Holder states that Notice has been lodged with the Sheriff's office on 31st March, 2023. She has accordingly applied for a short extension of time for issuance of Notice.
