2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 10 days in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 08/03/2022.

3. This Application and Appeal is preferred by the Applicants after they had served out their entire sentence imposed on them by the said Judgment and Order. The impugned Judgment and Order was passed by the Special Judge (UAPA), Greater Bombay, in Sessions Case No.713 of 2014. The Applicants were convicted for commission of offence punishable u/s 120-B, 489-B and 489-C of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As mentioned earlier, they had undergone the entire sentence. They are not from Mumbai. After their release, they went to their hometown and arranged legal fees. That took some time and therefore there is some delay as mentioned in the application.

5. Considering this reason and also considering that the delay is short, in the interest of justice, delay is condoned. Appeal be processed further.

6. Application is disposed of.
