. Heard Mr. Sheikh, the learned Counsel for the
Petitioners and Ms. Joshi, the learned Government Pleader for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to make a representation to the Respondent No.2 - The Deputy Director of Education, Amravati for grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioners in the light of the law laid down by the 2/2 15.wp.133.2022.odt Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Aurangabad in its Judgment dated 2nd September, 2013 delivered in Writ Petition No.3707 of 2013 which has been reiterated by this Court in several other Judgments in Writ Petition No.242 of 2017 dated 24th July, 2017, Writ Petition No.5201 of 2016 dated 17th April, 2017 and Writ Petition No.1647 of 2018 along with connected Petitions dated 27th February, 2019 respectively. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.
3. Writ Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn. No costs.
