ORAL JUDGMENT: [PER: S.B. Shukre, J.] Heard Ms. Preeti Rane, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.R. Patil, learned AGP who appears by waiving notice for respondent.
2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. The matter is heard finally by consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

7.wp4283.2021jud..odt 2/2 for the petitioner, complied with the conditions prescribed in the Government Resolution dated 10.12.2019, in particular the condition of submission of an application for scrutiny while studying in XI Standard, on or before 31st December,. 2019.
4. Considering these circumstances, we are of the view that necessary directions are required to be issued to the respondent-Committee.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed.
6. The respondent-Committee is directed to decide the application of the petitioner seeking validation of his tribe status, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of the receipt of the order.
7. The petitioner to appear before the respondent- Committee on 1st November, 2021.
Rule accordingly. No costs.
