2. This is an application seeking suspension of execution of sentence passed in Special (POCSO) Case No.12/2016 by Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, vide its judgment and order dated 14.9.2021. The appellant was convicted by the Trial Court for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (2) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
