2. Mr.Salunke, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that because of inadvertent error, the date of impugned order was wrongly typed as "13.01.2021" instead of "13.07.2021" as a result of which the same is required to be corrected in the judgment and order dated 24.09.2021.
3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection to the above.
4. In view of the above, we direct that in paragraphs 2 and 30 of the said judgment and order dated 24.09.2021, the date of order should be "13.07.2021" instead of "13.01.2021"; and in paragraph 34(a) it should be "13.07.21" instead of "13.01.2021".
5. Judgment and order dated 24.09.2021 stands corrected accordingly.
