1. Learned counsel Shri. Dharurkar seeks correction in the occupation column of the applicant.

2. Learned counsel Shri. Dharurkar for the applicant states that by mistake in the title clause he has mentioned occupation of the applicant as Nil. He states that this is a typographical error which needs to be corrected. He sought leave to amend.

3. Learned counsel Shri. Narwade objected to it contending that respondent No. 1 raised objection by filing affidavit in reply and specifically contended that this is not rev13.19.odt 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 08/10/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 09/10/2021 04:54:51 ::: an error but a deliberate attempt on the part of the applicant to avoid maintenance.

4. On perusal of the record of the trial Court judgment it appears that applicant has mentioned is occupation as service. Learned counsel Shri. Dharurkar states that applicant has retired on superannuation.

6. It appears that by mistake occupation of the applicant has been mentioned as Nil. Amendment be carried out.

7. Stand over to 25th October, 2021.
