The applicant wants to file the second appeal against the judgment of the first Appellate Court, Buldana. My attention is brought to the remark made by the Assistant Superintendent, Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Buldana on 20th July 2008 on the plaint. He has produced certificate from Taluka Legal Services Committee about exemption.
02] The applicant is directed to approach the office of the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and to produce necessary documents.
03] Learned Secretary to process it and to decide the issue of exemption of Court fee. It be done within a period of two weeks.
