3. In paragraph 2, the name of AGP "Mr. Patel" be substituted by "Mr. Patki".

5. Mr. Khan, the learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that the Collector (Stamps) Andheri, has passed an order on 16th September, 2021, in derogation of the directions passed by this Court in the judgment and order dated 22nd May, 2020.
6. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the matter may be posted for consideration on the said aspect.
