2. This is an application filed by respondent No.1/claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.17,41,912/- which was deposited by the appellant- V.I.D.C. with the Registry of this Court vide CCDR No. 28331 dated 11/03/2021.
3. I have perused the contents in the application so also the impugned Judgment.
4. On due consideration, the applicant/ respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the aforesaid amount with accrued interest thereon subject to furnish usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
5. The application is disposed of accordingly.
