. Mr. Shinde, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are entitled for one step more pay scale on the ground that the petitioners are serving in tribal area. The said benefit was earlier given to petitioners, however, it is withdrawn.
2. Mr. Desale, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 to 9 submits that, representation of the petitioners is pending to that effect. The respondent No. 6 would decide the same.
3. The respondent No. 6 shall decide the representation of the petitioners. The respondent No. 6 while deciding the representation of the petitioners shall also consider judgment ::: Uploaded on - 07/10/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 07/10/2021 23:26:48 ::: 2 wp 9478.21 delivered by this Court in Writ Petition Stamp No. 9543 of 2021 with other connected writ petitions under order dated 14 th July, 2021 at it's Principal Seat at Bombay.
4. The said representation shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
