This is an application for condonation of delay of 351 days caused in filing the first appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 01/07/2017 in L.A.C. No.70/2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Link Court, Mangrulpir.

The reasons for delay are stated in paragraph Nos.2 to 4 of the application.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. The delay of 351 days is condoned.

The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
