                 .                Heard. The contention of learned Counsel for the

Applicant is that this Court while dismissing the Writ Petition No. 3564/2020 on 2nd February, 2021 did not consider the argument that the Scrutiny Committee, without giving any opportunity to the Petitioner to explain the entry of the Petitioner's father dated 23rd April 1941 showing his caste as 'Koshti', rejected the tribe claim of the Petitioner.

2. On going through the Judgment sought to be reviewed by the Applicant, we find that aforesaid argument of learned Counsel for the Petitioner has been duly considered by ::: Uploaded on - 01/10/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 02/10/2021 10:30:27 ::: 2/2 6.mca.491.2021 in wp.3564.2020.odt this Court. Such consideration, could be found in paragraph Nos.4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Judgment sought to be reviewed.

3. Therefore, we are of the view that there is no substance in this Application and it deserves to be rejected summarily.
