The counsel for the petitioner is not present. However, we have perused the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Director of Education, Primary, Maharashtra State, Pune.
The said affidavit does not answer the charge framed in the present proceedings on 09.03.2021 which pertains to failure to publish an advertisement as directed in paragraph 35 of the judgment in Writ Petition No.2303 of 2017. Instead a copy of the press-note said to be prepared by the Education Officer (Primary) is placed on record.
We grant further time to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to file a specific affidavit and answer the charge framed against them.
