1. The learned Counsel Mr. Sarthak Diwan for the Appellant states that he has instructions to withdraw the above First Appeal as the Appellant after reviewing the pending cases has taken a decision to withdraw the above Appeal.
2. He states that immediately after withdrawal of this Appeal, as early as possible the Respondents i.e. Claimants will be paid the amount as directed by Judgment and Award dated 5 th December, 2017.

3. Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Court by the Appellants towards statutory deposit be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Application No. 1990 of 2011 as the Appeal is withdrawn.
4. The permissible Court fee as per rules be returned back.
5. The First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As First Appeal is dismissed the Civil Applications do not survive and stands disposed of.
