. It is informed that respondent No.5 in Second Appeal No. 465 of 2019 who is Appellant No.4 in Second Appeal No.11 of 2020, has passed away. Learned Advocates for the appellant seek time to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased.

2. The appeals had been heard fully. The matters were reserved for judgment. Meanwhile, there was proposal regarding allowing the Corporation to utilise the land for burial of the deceased persons of Lingayat community. The Corporation was agreeable to reserve 1/5th portion of the suit land for being allotted to the plaintiff in the partition, if any. The original plaintiff had therefore been to the office of the Municipal Commissioner. They had discussion over the matter. It is now informed by the learned Senior Advocate that the Commissioner has proposed to place the proposal before the general body.

3. In view of the above, stand over to 16th June, 2021.

4. The status-quo order to continue till next date.
