1. Called for directions.
2. The registry has received certain cheques towards deposit of the amount equivalent to 75% of the amount awarded. These cheques were not encashed owing to the restricted working of the registry. It appears that fresh cheques have now been tendered which also are awaiting encashment.
3. In view of the judgment dated 3 rd May 2021 setting aside the Awards, there will be no occasion to deposit these cheques. Accordingly, registry is directed to return the cheques to the Petitioner.
