I have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed purshis for wiithdrawial of Second Appeal and this Court has passed the order on the circulation note itself, disposing of the Second Appeal as wiithdrawin. The petitioner has tendered purshis to that effect on record.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to place on record copy of the Land Acquisition Reference proceedings and the decision thereon.
