PER COURT:-

. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be genuine to the extent that the committee has not decided the validation proceeding though pending from 2013.

2. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the committee would decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of one(01) month.

3. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 02.02.2021. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 30/01/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 09/02/2021 06:50:16 ::: 2 1142-wp 7209-2020.odt one (01) month as undertaken. The petitioner shall also co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.

4. Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding, the respondents may take further steps immediately.

5. As far as the amount of Provident Fund is concerned, the parties are at liberty to take steps for disbursement of the amount of Provident Fund.

6. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
