6.cri.w.p.71.2021.odt 2 respondent to allow the petitioner to use the coin box facility to converse with the members of family. We are of the opinion that in view of the communication dated 30.03.2020 issued to all the Jail Authorities by Special Inspector General of Police (Prisoners) East Region, Nagpur, such prayer can be granted.
5] The Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to provide facilities of phone conversation to the petitioner and other prisoners in accordance with the communication dated 30.03.2020 as Covid pandemic has not been officially declared to come to an end so far. 6] Remuneration of Rs.2,500/-(Rs.Two Thousand Five Hundred only) be paid to the learned appointed counsel.
