ORDER:

1. The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending with the committee since 2013. The certificate in Form C is issued. The learned counsel submits that this Court allowed writ petition filed by nephew of the present petitioner bearing writ petition No.7764 of 2020 under order dated 16.12.2020.

2. The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

3. In view of the fact that validation proceeding is pending, we pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The Committee shall decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.03.2021.

(iii) The petitioner may bring it to the notice of the Committee the judgment of this Court dated 16.12.2020 in writ petition No.7764 of 2020 filed by nephew of the petitioner. The said judgment certainly will have to be considered by the committee.

4. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
