Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to verify and report whether the State has filed any appeal challenging the judgment and order of acquittal dated 06.01.2020 passed in Sessions Case No.172/2017 by the Adhoc District Judge-2 and Assistant Sessions Judge, Amravati. The said exercise can be done for avoiding inconsistency in the proceedings, as well as for conveniently deciding the same cause, if canvassed in two proceedings.
