1. On 17th March, 2021, the Director and Promoter of the respondent Mr. Arun Kishore Khanna was directed to remain present on 8th April, 2021 in court. On 8 th April, 2021, the court was conducting hearings virtually and accordingly when the matter was called, the counsel on behalf of judgment debtor stated that there is a change of Advocates and the new Advocates Digitally signed by SANDHYA SANDHYA BHAGU BHAGU WADHWA WADHWA Date:1/2

16.chscd.1015-19.doc wadhwa would be entering appearance before 19 th April, 2021. The matter was to be listed on 22 nd April, 2021. On 22nd April, 2021 it is stated that the court was not functioning even virtually. Thereafter the matter has been circulated and has been taken up today.
2. Today, the new Advocate on record has stated that vakalatnama has been filed but Mr. Khanna is advised against travelling. Therefore the learned counsel states that the other Director of the respondent company one Rajesh Duggal is in a position to attend the court. In these circumstances, Shri Duggal shall remain present in court on 1st September, 2021 at 2.30 p.m.
3. Mr. Duggal shall be fully equipped with all the documents that he may require in order to answer the queries put to him.
