2. Learned Family Court had granted stay of the judgment, decree and order dated 16th February 2021 allowing the application filed by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 till 8th April 2021.

3. Interim protection granted by the Family Court to continue till next date. Place the matter on board for 'Admission' on 22 nd April 2021.
