                                            ORDER

(1) Respondent No.2 is directed to grant approval to the appointment of the Petitioners with effect from the date of their initial appointment. (2) Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to pay the regular salaries to the Petitioners from the month of November, 2018.

(3) Arrears if any, for the period between May 2017 to October, 2018 be cleared within a period of six months from the date of this order.

(4) Rule made absolute in the above terms.
