3. Advocate for Petitioner states that as mentioned in Schedule, publication of Citation is required in newspaper circulated in Singapore. In the Affidavit, it is mentioned that said Deepak Ashok Jagwani was lastly residing at Singapore. In Petition, it is mentioned that whereabouts of said Deepak Ashok Jagwani is not known.
