V .K.TAHILRAMANI, J. ) :

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that though by order dated 26/07/2017, the authorities were directed to decide the parole application, but till today, the parole application has not been decided. Learned APP states that by order dated 23/11/2017, the said application has been decided. The copy of the said application is handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the application for parole has been decided by the authorities, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. In view of the statement, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule is discharged.
