 ORAL JUDGMENT :



1. Shri Patnoorkar, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, the petitioner has withdrawn the petition with liberty to initiate proper proceedings. The Writ Petition No. 333/2008 was accordingly disposed of with liberty by order dated 08/06/2017. He submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with the same liberty.

2. As such, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings.

3. Rule is discharged.
