1. Heard Mr. Joshi, Advocate for appellants.
2. This appeal was admitted on 30.10.2007 on the following substantial question of law:
"Whether the first appellate court was justified in reversing the decree passed by the trial Court when the sale deed was being challenged by the defendants after a period of 12 years?"
3. Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for appellants submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal since the parties have settled their dispute out of the Court.
The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. Since the appeal is withdrawn, this Court is not required to answer the substantial question of law.
