ORAL JUDGMENT :
1. Shri Moharir, Advocate holding for Shri Jaiswal, Advocate for the petitioner has filed a Pursis dated 16.5.2017 today in the Court. It is taken on record. The pursis states that the seal put on the petitioner's saw mill wood slicer has been removed and the petitioner has resumed use of the saw mill and, therefore, petition has become infructuous. Shri Moharir, on instructions, also submits the same.
2. In view of above, the writ petition having been rendered infructuous, is disposed of as such.
3. No costs.
4. Rule is discharged accordingly.
