1. Shri Talekar, learned advocate for petitioner submits that the issue ::: Uploaded on - 06/03/2017 ::: Downloaded on - 07/03/2017 00:40:05 ::: 2 raised before the University Tribunal was with regard to admission to the P.G. course in Ayurved conducted by the Government College. She was denied admission to the P.G. post of "Ayurved Shailya Tantra". By the impugned order dated 31/02/1998, the appeal was dismissed. While admitting this petition, this Court did not grant any interim relief to the petitioner. By passage of time, this matter is rendered infructuous.
2. It is apparent that the issue is with regard to the admission to the P.G. course in 1998. After passage of nineteen years, this petition is rendered infructuous and is, therefore, disposed of. Rule is discharged.
